Skinner Cousin Hunt 2011

This was the sencond year that we had a skinner cousin egg hunt. It was at Mimi and Papa's house. You can tell by the pictures that Nathan had a blast. I was so proud of him because he actually picked up the eggs and didn't look in them until we were all finished!

Heaven is for Real

Has anyone read this book???

The story is about an eye witness account of a 3 year old boy claiming to have gone to heaven for 3 minutes. He comes back with so many details that are accurate with the Bible, and things that a 3-year old wouldn't know. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. If you would like to borrow the book, I have it.

I'm not sure what to think of this. Let me know your thoughts!!!

Birthday at the Park

My sister turns the big 3-0 tomorrow!! To celebrate, we had a family picnic at the park. There was so much to do there, we all had a good time. We ate a great lunch (homemade fried chicken and all the trimmings), opened presents, flew kites, went down some crazy tunnel slides, went fishing, played with silly string, blew some bubbles, and went for a walk around the lake. It was a beautiful day for a picnic outside!
