Galveston 2010

I love our summer trips to the beach. This was Nathan's second time to go the beach, but the first time to go to Galveston. The last time we were in Galveston, he was inside me still, then last year we went to Gulf Shores instead because of the hurricane damage. I think it is safe to say that he LOVED Galveston. We always stay at the San Luis Resort, which is super nice. This was the view from our room!

Nathan enjoyed playing on the beds...

We weren't there 10 minutes, and we went down to hit the pool!

He was so excited!

We stayed at the pool for a while, then went to Landry's for dinner

We LOVE seafood...well any food actuall! LOL

Nathan and PawPaw on the way back to the hotel..

The next morning, the boys left before the sun came up for a fishing trip, and I went for a little run. Then I met Mom, Stacy, Nathan, and Reese for breakfast at IHOP!

we stopped for a photo op before going up to our room to play

We did a little bit of shopping, then hit the favorite spot on the beach for the kids....

The boys met us there for a late lunch after a great fishing trip

Gotta love those chocolate VOLCANOES!!!

Gammy then took the boys to the build a bear inside the Rainforest cafe. Nathan made a giraffe and Reese made a Rhino. They had so much fun!

Nathan kissing the heart...

Bathing his giraffe...

Filling out the birth certificate...

Carrying it home...

The boys were pretty tired after the long and early fishing trip, so they went up to take a nap and us well......

we hit the beach!

It was a nice couple of hours.

That night, we went to my favorite place on the island...Fishermans Wharf!

The next day, we went to Palm beach at Moody Gardens! It was a blast.

The boys had so much fun playing in the sand!

He finally gave in for a nap about 1:00

It was so sweet

We buried Reese in the sand!

We ended our trip the next day with a trip to the aquarium

Didn't take long for Nathan to start making his fish face

It was a great vacation!

  1. I love how stress free all of our faces are in these pictures...wish we were going again! Maybe some will make a donation and we can do something else!
