Special Impact

You may remember about 8 months ago, Matthew's uncle Kip went home to be with the Lord. You can read about him here. He was for lack of better words....AMAZING. Earlier I wrote about the impact he had on my life while he was still on this earth, but the other night, I was reading through some of my old messages and found so many from him. He always had a way of making me feel extremely special and important. After re-reading all of his messages to me, I was over come once again with the great joy he always brought to me. I wanted to share some of the very special things he used to say to me during our conversations. I have picked out some of my favorites:

"make a memory, Katie girl"
"I learned a new word today....FASHOO"
"I stick with the coach, that's you"
"Coach, you are the bomb!"
"Great Coaching tonight"
"That is beautiful"
"I love you 3 Skinners"
"I love you Katie!!"
"you know what Katie? Maffew's family loves you!"
"I remember that you were a beautiful bride"
"Your eyes sparkle when you smile"
"Happy Birthday sweet one"
"Heck Yeah!! Every "new thing" is exciting!!"
"I love my kids too, it never changes."

I understand that you would have to have been reading the entire conversations to get some of this, but you can see how special he always made me feel. Even now as I am reading them again. He just had a way of always encouraging me and he definitely had a special impact on my life.

My eyes are welling up now,  I miss you uncle Kip!
